Properties: pure white, slightly shiny, waxy small crystals.
Melting point: 56 ℃ to 69.6 ℃
Boiling point: 232 ℃ (2.0 kPa)
Relative density: 0.9408.
[properties] does not dissolve in water (20 ℃, 100 ml water dissolved 0.00029 g).
Slightly soluble in cold ethanol.
Soluble in acetone, benzene, ether, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, sulfur dioxide, chloroform, ethanol, toluene, amyl acetate,
etc.

Usage

Mainly for the production of stearic acid salt, widely used in cosmetics, plastic hardy plasticizer, release agent, stabilizer,
surfactant, rubber vulcanization agent, waterproofing agent, polishing agent, metal soap, metallic minerals flotation agent,
softener, pharmaceuticals and other organic chemicals.
In addition, it can also be used as the solvent of oil soluble pigment, crayon smoothing agent, wax paper polishing agent, stearic
acid glycerin emulsifier and so on.

Storage

Store in cool, dry and ventilated place, keep away from fire and oxidant. According to the provisions of general chemicals storage
