Steel Anti-Tilt Leg

Central Ohio Metal Stamping was asked by a telecommunications industry customer to stamp this anti-tilt leg for use in large server units. Central Ohio Metal Stamping can stamp, form, assemble, countersink, drill, and tap a variety of steel and sheet metal. The customer's 2D CAD drawings called out the use of cold rolled steel. Manufacturing of the components required stamping and sheet metal forming which was performed on precision stamping press and press brake. Other operations included countersinking, drilling, tapping, and complete assembly.
