We a well-established manufacturer based in India supplying Steel Forgings, Castings, Fabricated assemblies & Machined components since 1995. Our products are typically used in Pressure Piping Systems, Oil & Gas installations, Chemical plants, Lifting systems, etc.
Our in-house Design team works closely with customers to prepare Drawings & Design reports (FEA). Raw materials are procured from reputed mills. Our subcontractor network includes approved Forge shops, Heat treatment, Machining & Coating facilities. Our Inspection engineers monitor production closely at all stages. Metallurgical Tests are performed at approved laboratories for parameters such as Chemical composition, Mechanical properties, Microstructure, Load Tests, Pressure Tests, Environmental corrosion tests, etc. Third party inspection agencies witness inspections & tests for most of our products.
