Steel Lock (Crimp)

Lock has the main function of the crimping in the diamond wire, which holds and controls the movement of diamond beads and springs in between the part of the lock to lock. We are producing steel locks from mild steel materials and our high annealing treatment makes it soft to avoid breaking problem and electroplating on surface to prevent rust.
The locks are made from forging grade mild steel materials to avoid breaking problem with electroplating on surface to avoid rust and weather effect with some standard sizes are as follow. We also make special lock size 8.25x6mm for the best crimping result during diamond wire assembly. The Locks are supplied with 500 Pcs./Pack with standard brand packing of our company.
