Steel Pin

At Aljo-Gefa Precision Manufacturing LLC., we understand that the dimensions of a part are only as good as the accuracy of the machining method. That's why this aerospace company came to us with this precision CNC turning project. The components, which were fabricated from heavy gauge steel, were designed to spend their service life on a military aircraft. The customer had specific requirements for the steel pins, such as grinding and heat treating for strength and durability. Each steel pin also had to be painted and packaged according to strict requirements. Aljo Gefa's ability to machine these parts using CNC turning allowed us to produce these heavy- gauge steel pins to the exacting military specifications required.
