1. Scope
the technical conditions apply to wear resistant steel plates of 1e1839 with thickness not more than 60mm used for caterpillar's construction machinery.
2. Adopt standard:
wyj502-2008 standard specification for high-yield-strength, quenched and tempered wear resistant steel plate, suitable for welding
astm a6a6m standard specification for general requirements for rolled structural steel bars, plates, shapes, and sheet piling
astm a370 standard test methods and definitions for mechanical testing of steel products
3. Dimension, shape, weight and permissible deviation
the dimension, shape, weight and permissible deviation shall meet the requirements of astm a6a6m.
Flatness: 4mmm, waves of plate no more than 3 place per meter.
4. Technical conditions
4.1 chemical composition (ladle and product analysis)
the chemical composition of plates shall be accordance with the following table 1.
