Steel Structure insulation solutions in the GCC are specifically designed to comply with local thermal requirements. Steeltherm insulation is designed for friction fitting in steel frame walls and is extra wide to fit in steel frame C sections with rolls pre-cut to 2 * 610mm wide. Factory Clad insulation is made 1200mm wide for both the roof and walls of factories and warehouses and for standing seam roof projects. Both products contain a silicon additive to protect the insulating properties of the product from moisture.FactoryClad Rolls are produced in three different thermal conductivity of 0.044W/mK.

Application : 

FactoryClad Rolls are used for the thermal and acoustic insulation of roofs and walls in profiled metal clad buildings and portable buildings. With a Euroclass A1 fire classification, their use can potentially reduce insurance premiums compared to foam composite panels. FactoryClad Rolls are manufactured 1100mm wide to suit commonly used rail and bracket systems and in long lengths, making them particularly suitable for use in twin skin profiled metal cladding systems and standing seam roofs.
