Steel Wires Rope Slings is formed into both ended looped sling and locked using an aluninium compound Ferrule which is further subjected to load under a hydraulic press of suitable capacity exerting exactly the desired load according to the rope Dia. This results in a permanent locked ferrule thereby forming the loop. This procedure is in adherence to IS5245 Part I.
