The individual components are separated as they progress up a series of steps, then oriented - at a rate of 60 strokes per minute. The wider the step, the greater the capacity. Because of its size, the step feeder can process large quantities of components without the need for a hopper unit. And a low filling height makes this machine particularly user-friendly. The step feeder is suitable for cleanrooms up to class 1,000/ISO 6.
