400 Mm Prima Cast Iron Welding Electrodes

Suitable for welding grey cast iron, malleable iron, and alloyed cast iron components. Formulated with a special flux coating for stable arc, low spatter, and minimal porosity. Offers excellent resistance to cracking caused by thermal stress or repeated heating and cooling cycles. Produces machinable weld deposits that allow grinding, drilling, and machining after welding. Operates with AC or DC (electrode positive) power sources. Ideal for cold welding or low heat input applications to avoid distortion and cracking. Commonly available in diameters such as 2.5 mm, 3.15 mm, and 4.0 mm. Recommended for engine blocks, pump casings, foundry defects, broken cast parts, and worn castings. Supports welding in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions. Complies with international standards such as AWS A5.15 (ENiFe-CI or ENi-CI depending on grade).
