Contact SupplierClassified under AWS A5.1 as E7018-1 for high-strength carbon steel welding with added hard facing properties. Low hydrogen coating ensures excellent resistance to hydrogen-induced cracking in critical applications. Provides tensile strength of at least 70,000 psi with good impact toughness at low temperatures. Offers increased surface hardness after welding, suitable for mild wear and abrasion resistance. Operates on DC+ (electrode positive) and also supports AC current. Suitable for flat, horizontal, and vertical-up welding positions. Delivers a smooth arc, low spatter, and easy slag removal. Recommended for maintenance and repair welding of buckets, blades, shafts, gears, and steel components exposed to friction and mechanical wear. Available in standard diameters such as 2.5 mm, 3.15 mm, and 4.0 mm. Packaged in moisture-resistant containers to preserve low hydrogen integrity and performance.
