Mild Steel E6013 Welding Electrodes

Classified under AWS A5.1 as E6013 for mild steel welding. Designed for AC and DC (both polarity) power sources. Produces a soft, stable arc with low spatter and minimal electrode sticking. Offers easy arc striking and re-striking with excellent operator appeal. Suitable for flat, vertical, overhead, and horizontal welding positions. Features fast-freezing slag with smooth, easy removal and a clean bead finish. Ideal for welding thin sheets, pipes, tanks, auto bodies, and light structural components. Provides moderate penetration and good weld quality on low carbon steels. Delivers a tensile strength of approximately 60,000 psi. Available in diameters such as 2.5 mm, 3.15 mm, and 4.0 mm. Packaged in moisture-resistant boxes for extended shelf life and consistent performance.
