Sticky Mats

Sticky mat is a 30ply ( 40ply, 50ply, 60ply) contamination control tacky mat that effectively removes dust and dirt on contact. It is composed of 30 ( 40, 50, 60) easy to peel-off disposable entrance cleaning mats sheets, which are especially designed to meet cleanroom needs. It removes over 99% of all foot-borne contamination particles from entering the critical environment.
Adhesive floor mats layer quantity includes: 30 layers, 40 layers, 50layers, 60layers. The layer thickness includes: 0.03mm, 0.035mm, 0.04mm, 0.045mm, 0.05mm, and the color includes: blue, white, grey. The size includes: 18''x36'', 18"x45", 24''x36'', 26''x45'', 36"x45", other size can be customized.
Method of application
firstly, tear the protective layer on the adhesive surface off from the opening of the back, and then, stick and flatten it on clean and dry access floor. Press and level the sticky mat om the ground with sole. Tear the protective layer off from the opening of the right side. At this point. It can be used (if the surface of the sticky piece is full of dust during its use. This layer shall be torn off from the opening and then the next layer can be used. )
