Industrial Stirrers (also known as Agitators / Mixers) are regularly provided by us as individual items Or as a part of engineering systems. We have been successfully manufacturing high / medium / slow Speed agitators for varied applications and for different chemicals. The contact parts can be supplied with SS 316, SS 304, MS, Rubber lined, PVC lined, FRP Lined, Teflon Coated to suit different chemicals. Models are also available in Flame proof and multi speed versions. They are manufactured with premium quality raw material and have the advantage of easy installation. Shaft wobbling factor or disorientation, which is a constant problem area in Top entry Vertical shaft agitator is taken care by suitable design . From the basic compact Direct Driven Agitators with Motor directly coupled to Geared Motor driven agitators are available to suit any RPM/Speed requirement.
In addition to regularly used Propeller turbine type impellors , other different types such as Paddle, Anchor, Pitch Blade, Screened Vane , Saw tooth, Multi pitch type impellors are also available for different applications.
Motors of client preferred make and mountings based on different application conditions are also considered during manufacturing of the Agitators.
