• These are blocks made of Gabion mesh which can be filled with on site rocks,stones,debris and crushed concrete. They are made of double twisted hexagonal mesh fabric.The steel mesh fabric posses high mechanical strength, and double twist weaving of wire prevents unravelling.
• A. G.I Gabion Boxes consist of GAL-1 coating i.e Heavy Galvanized 99.99% Pure Zinc coating by a traditional approach of Hot dipp Galvanizing. Heavy Zinc coating gives better performance by providing increased protection and more sacrificial zinc to prevent corossion of the base steel and any cut edges
• B. P.V.C Gabion Boxes P.V.C Gabion Boxes can resist corrosion with greater efficiency thus making the Gabions suitable for salty, marine or polluted environments. We use 100% virgin grade P.V.C for P.V.C caoting on Galvanized or Galum wire. The anti aging and anti cracking quality of P.V.C ensures longer life of wire than any other coating. P.V.C is resistant in moisture and water.
• The moisture resistant property also ensures durability of the coating as well as resistance to ultraviolet rays. P.V.C caoted wire can withstand extreme weathering and can endure heat of up 60 degree celsius
• Gabions are rectangular wire mesh baskets filled with rock at the project site to form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures such as retaining walls for commercial, industrial & road projects. They are also used for erosion control, bank stabilization, channel linings and weirs
