application: for surface treatment of natural stone, stone slabs, marbles, paver block, glaze tiles, floor tiles, granite, ceramic, beton pieces or terrazzo etc.
Equipment: auto rolls conveyor, blast wheel, blast chamber, screw conveyor, bucket elevator, separator, dust collector.
Machine running process:
put stone plates on the loading lifter by forklift, then raise it to conveyor level, push the switch.
The stone will be on the loading conveyor, and automatically send to blasting chamber.
After blasting, stone plate will be send to the unloading conveyor, also the blow motor will clean it better, and you just use unloading lifter to discharge it.
Machine details:
only need 2-3 operators for high capacity 100-200m2h.
