1. Product Introduction

PFA cleaning tank is an upgraded version of PTFE cleaning barrel, specially designed for semiconductor photovoltaic and other industries, with one-piece molding, no need to worry about leakage. It is mainly used for soaking and cleaning flower baskets with chip silicon wafers. Due to the characteristics of PFA, it can withstand the corrosiveness of the cleaning solution, and at the same time, the blank value of metal elements is low, there is no dissolution or precipitation, and it will not pollute chip wafers, etc.
