Today, Stoves is one of the UK’s best loved cooking brands, and is proud to be part of the only major cooking appliance manufacturer still producing in the UK, Stoves products are made with pain-staking attention to detail and our factory is purposely split into small teams who work solely on just one product, carefully assembling each and every appliance from the ground up, by hand.
Our brand ambassador is classically trained chef and TV personality, Brian Turner – one of the nation’s best-loved chefs. A straight talking Yorkshire man, Brian has been actively involved in product design, testing and demonstration, ensuring our products meet the exacting standards of a professional chef.
Stoves have also had a long-term relationship with the Women’s Institute, working with us on a number of projects aimed at getting more people cooking. When the Women’s Institute launched their own cookery school in Oxfordshire, it was Stoves appliances that were chosen for the facility – and you can’t get a better recommendation than that.
Our first class customer service has seen Stoves win the much coveted Total Excellence Quality Customer Care award for three consecutive years. Our UK based customer call centre employs 120 Stoves experts and a talented team of 180 skilled engineers.
