4. Installation Instructions

1. Power Supply: Connect the data logger to a 12V power supply.
2. Sensors: Attach the sensors to the respective channels (CH 01 to CH 08).
3. Data Transfer Setup: Connect the data logger to a PC via RS232 or USB port for data transfer and logging.

5. Operating Instructions

Tare Function

1. Press the Menu key.
2. The LCD will display "Set Tare Value".
3. Press the Enter key to tare the current channel (CH 01).
4. Press the Incremental key to shift to the next channel (CH 02).
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for all channels.
6. The LCD will display "Taring - Saving Data in Memory".

Setting Log Delay

1. Press the Menu key.
2. The LCD will display "Log Delay".
3. Press the Enter key.
4. The LCD will show "00000".
5. Use the Incremental and Shift keys to enter the desired log delay value.
• Example: Enter "00002" for a log interval of 250 milliseconds.
6. Press the Enter key to save the log delay.

Setting Units

1. Press the Menu key.
2. The LCD will display "Set Units".
3. Press the Enter key.
4. Use the Incremental key to cycle through the available units for each channel.
5. Press the Enter key to save the selected units.
6. Repeat for all channels.

Calibration

1. Press the Menu key.
2. The LCD will display "Calibration".
3. Press the Menu key again.
4. The LCD will display "Calibration CH 1".
5. Press the Enter key.
6. The LCD will display "Apply Load and Enter Value".
7. Use the Incremental and Shift keys to enter the calibration value.
• Example: If calibrating with a 2 kg load, enter "00200".
8. Press the Enter key to save the calibration value.
9. The LCD will display "Data Saving in Memory" followed by "Calibration OK".
10. Use the Incremental key to switch to the next channel and repeat steps 4-9.

Decimal Selection

1. Press the Menu key.
2. The LCD will display "Decimal Selection for CH-01".
3. Use the Incremental key to select the decimal position (1, 2, or 3).
4. Press the Enter key to save the selection.
5. Repeat for all channels.
