the strained beverage is a rich blend of herbs that are grown by greek farmers and are used for relieving the symptoms of various conditions and for providing boosting and toning to the body. There are 6 different kinds of beverages and they are all prepared by putting one teaspoonful of the blend per cup of tea in a normal coffee-maker filter. Another mode of preparing the beverage is by putting one teaspoonful of blend into a hot cup of water for 5-7 minutes, straining it and even adding some honey.
