main features :
without back twist for gi strip armour carriage cradles will be of rectangular shaped fabricated fastened between discs supported on bearings at both ends between discs. discs are fitted on hollow shaft tube with under roller or without under roller carriage with heavy duty pedestal bearing to support the carriage.each bobbin is held between epistles with suitable interlock for pointles. individual wires constant tension can be controlled through mechanically or electronically brake tension.heavy-duty enclosed gear box or external gearbox at the rear end of each carriages having provision driving the carriages in anti-clockwise or clockwise direction.single capstan with fleet ring or haul off caterpillar for constant pull and lay, pneumatic/ hydraulic braking system for each carriage. synchronizations can be done through line shaft or with fully automation conrrl of the whole line through digital drives & standard make.
