Strategy Planning & Consultancy

We’re committed to helping our clients grow. How can digital marketing communications best support your company’s larger product or business strategy? Our dedicated strategy services address this vital issue.

We start the strategy process with a holistic and detailed analysis of your online data. We look for non-obvious insights that may point to untapped revenue or profit potential. We examine behavioural data, including journey flows, channel benchmarking, and cohort analysis. We identify underperforming areas, and spot successful events that can be extended. We also look at customer perception data. How are products and content about them perceived? What changes are needed? Whenever we look at data, we look for metrics that offer the greatest leverage, and explore options to influence them.

As every client is unique, so is every strategy. Based on our insights, we suggest new approaches to test on a small scale, to determine their wider promise.
