Strong Polishing Machine

It is suitable for polishing of Polyester blanket, fake fur, woolen and, warp knitted fabrics.

Uses super "mirror" ¢415mm polishing roller with six grooves which made by "Knick" craft, with stronger penetraton, higher polishing efficiency. Production efficiency proved 30%,and be more suitable for high-weight polyester fabric.
The damping roller device of feeding, makes the tension adjust more convenient, and polishing tension more stable.
Expander device, helps the feeding more smooth, no crease, no press marks and improve yield. 
Out cloth side increases soft package angle, so the polishing effect is more soft and glossy. 
Adopts japanese precise digital temperature controller to control more accuurate within ±2 degrees.
Increases the automatic on -line feature, with high active expandibg device, automatic correcting device, it will be more automatic and reduce the labor when on-line operation.
The felt unit:using pneumatic cylinder to correct the felt.
Cloth automatic-tension device:use one guiding-roller with pneumatic cynlinder to correct the folded cloth occuted during machine stops.
