Structural Steel Fabrication

Once the basic building length and width module is fixed with effective type of frame support such as clear span or with centre support or supports with crane (crane by others) with considering the future expansion. As per the customer requirement we can integrate the building with mezzanine, staircase, partitions, canopies, fascia, framed opening. Finally, as per approved design and detail drawing we fabricate the structural steel as primary structures which are beams, rafters and columns. Secondary structure ‘z’ or ‘c’ are cold formed sections for purlins and grits. Once steelwork is fabricated is shipped to site in an erectable sequence.Our trained and experienced erection teams work to piece together intricate and complex components with faultless accuracy and competence. Roof and wall sheeting is done in screw down hi-rib profile, material offered in bare galvalume, color coated galvalume, PPGI, PUF panels and more. Sheeting finishing such as trims, flashing, barge board, ridge capping, gutter and down take pipe etc are part of the compete end to end solution.

All other accessories such as day light panels, turbo vents, louvers, thermal insulation, UPVC windows, rolling shutter, doors and fire door etc are supplied and fixed as per customer need.
