• The specification and construction of material for submersible pump sets shall be as per the details given on the products page. Scientific interferences / clearances have been provided in various assemblies of stator, rotor and pump considering reliability and longer life
• The impellers are dynamically balanced as per precision grade of ISO standards. Each pump assembly is hydrostatically pressure tested for 1.5 times maximum discharge pressure of the pump set for soundness of material used and for reliability as per the ISO standards
• Also stator and rotor are vacuum impregnation at 700 mm of Hg. for 5 minutes. to add more reliability to the pump set. The rotor is epoxy coated and dynamically balanced to precision grade as per ISO standards. The rotor shaft is provided with S.S. Sleeves of grade 12 Cr 13 confirming to ISO standards
• The flat PVC cable confirm to ISO standards. The pump set conforms to ISO standards and the motor conform to the required standards. The motor will be supplied with cable leads of minimum 5 meters length externally. General description of material is given below
