Sugar, Color : White for Sweetening Beverages Food

Raw Sugar is made in large refineries by crushing cane sugar or beet root to obtain juice and boiling this juice to remove water and processing the juice so obtained to make unrefined raw sugar.
White sugar is sugar which has been refined and washed so that it has a white appearance and no molasses flavour. It contains 99.9% sucrose. It is normally consumed in households and being relatively neutral in flavour, it is used as an ingredient in various edible processed foods and beverages.
Generally cane sugar is produced by tropical countries and the beet sugar by the cold/European areas.
