The above sugar mill tube expander is a 5 roll system designed for the rolling of thin gauge tubes. This being the SB Series rolls the top joint of juice pan tubes and juice heaters. Using the 5 roll system reduces the spring back effect on thin wall tubes.

Features of the SB Series Tube Expanders for Sugar Mills

	"5" Roll design is used primarily for rolling thin walled tubes in sugar mill juice heaters and pans.
	"5" Rolls give you a more concentric and uniformed expansion versa a 3 roll system also this reduces the spring back effect when relieving the torque on the expander.
	Used for top plate expansion in pans and juice heaters in sugar mills.
