Cooking Instructions:

Add 1 measure of dosa mix to 1 measure of water, mixing without lumps, mix into a batter
Pre-heat the tawa
Spread sufficient amount of banner on hot tawa on medium flame
Add 1 tbsp of oil/ghee to the sides
Roast till dosa gets golden & crispy
Serve with coconut/mint chutney
