Operation of Timer based Direct ON Sump pump controller for sump tank and OH tank

·         Fully automatic water level controller connecting sump tank and over head tank maintaining  full OH tank as long as  water available in the sump

·         1 sensor will be put at OH tank at 90% (High)  just below overflow level

·         2 more sensors will be put in sump tank at 10 % just above suction  head called low   and  at 20% called high levels

·         Pump starts  in timer  mode when water is available above 20% in the  sump and OH tank is not Full. Pump runs for the preset ON time OR  stops when water reaches Full before preset ON time.

·         Pump goes to OFF for the preset OFF time

·         Pump also stops if water falls below low sensor in the sump as preventive dry run protection.

·         Pump does not start after preset OFF time if water is not above  2 sensors in the sump

·         Pump  will not start if any of the 3 sensor wires  is broken

·         No airlock or dry RUN since pump stops before water falls below suction

·         It comes with Micro controller Technology, maintenance free magnetic sensors, FR4 doubled sided 1.6mm PCB with green mask and 70 micron thick copper tracks.
