lecico sun 400 is a fluid sunflower lecithin
and is able to replace soya lecithin. One of the most
important benefits of sunflower lecithin is the nonallergenic
status. It is not on the list of allergenic constituents
in the alba data base.
Lecico sun 400 is well suited for many kinds of
applications. It is functioning as an emulsifier, stabilizer,
flavour carrier, release agent, lubricant, antioxidant
and dispersant. Therefore lecico sun 400
is fitting ideal for margarine or bakery products.

storage conditions
due to the hydroscopic nature of lecithin products,
lecico sun 400 should be kept in its original
container until final usage; the material is sensitive to
light. Lecico sun 400 has a shelf life of at least 24
months at a temperature about 25°c and a relatively
humidity of max. 70% .

lecico sun 400 corresponds with the ec
no. E322. Corresponding with the regulation
no. 11292011eu and no. 2312012eu for food
additives, lecithin is a generally permitted additive.
