Superior Ready Plast

Superior Ready Plast is a premixed "Ready To Use" cement based mortar with high quality polymer additives. It can be used on inner and outer walls. It can also be used equally efficiently on brick, block, stone walls as well as concrete surfaces. It is used in place of traditional plastering, it is a convenient and easy-to-use plaster that is stronger, looks smooth and binds better to its base. Prepared with a mix of special binders, fillers and additives, It is water resistant with high quality and sustainability. It creates smooth surface which has lesser chance of developing cracks. It passes through stringent quality controls before being delivered to you. It is made with graded sand which enhances the durability. It is easy to use and causes minimum of littering of material which keeps the work place clean. Superior Ready Plast Is A Premixed "Ready To Use" Cement Based Mortar With High Quality Polymer Additives.

Mixing Method : Prepare plaster by mixing 6-7 liters of water per 40kg bag of Superior Ready Nast. It is better to use mechanical mixer-electrical stirrer for better results. Mixing should be done for 5-10 mins. depending upon the speed of the mixing equipment. When the mixture is prepared, leave it for 4-5 Minutes and mix it once again just before use. Do not add any water to the mixture at this point of time. Hard and set plaster should not be mixed again. The correct ratio of water and Superior Ready Plast is essential for better results.
Applying on Surface : Ensure substrate is clean and devoid of solid grease, paints and traces of foreign material, as this may adversely affect the process of adhesion. Ensure that the surface is thoroughly wet and then apply Superior Ready Plast to achieve uniform thickness and level surface. Note that mixed Superior Ready Plast should be used within 60 minutes after adding water.
Curing : Water curing is recommended after 12 hours and to be continued for at least 5-7 days.
Application : Superior Ready Plast can be used on conventional bricks, blocks & concrete walls, for patching-up honeycombs in concrete to improve the quality of plastering work.

Packing and Shelf Life: It is available in 40 kg bags. It can be safely stored up to 6 months if kept in a dry place above the ground level and covered well, Avoid Hard material for covering to prevent damage to the material.
