Surface Abrasion Tester

The CSI Surface Abrasion Testers is used for measuring resistance to wear of such materials as woven and knitted fabrics, napped and pile fabrics, hosiery, felt, non-woven and coated fabrics, yarns, threads and cordage, plastic films, rubber sheeting, leather, paper and many other materials. This tester features the Inflated Diaphragm arrangement.
The instrument is designed for ease of portability and use, it is possible to obtain reliable data by personnel without special skill. Its rugged construction, versatility and speed of operation, makes this instrument suitable for use in a research and development laboratory as well as in production lines for quality control of product.
