Surgical Suture Needle

Futura Surgicare Pvt. Ltd. manufactures surgical suture needles from 300 series and 420 series for general surgery. Dolphin Sutures is one of the main consumer of the suture needles manufactured by FSPL. Being a suture manufacturer and supplier gives us sufficient experience and knowledge to identify the right quality of suture needles which will be appreciated by the users.
All needles manufactured by FSPL offer excellent strength and high penetration characteristics. We currently manufacture needles from sizes between 16mm to 90mm in length in 420 series and sizes between 30mm to 50mm in length in 300 series range. The needles are engineered for the superior hardness with flexibility to eliminate brittleness, all needles are electro-polished to enhance finishtexture and reduce tissue drag. Also, all needles are siliconized for excellent smoothness and bore is annealed for superior suture-needle attachment strength.
