Gaurang Products Steel Tubular Poles - BLACK & GALVANIZED from SP 1-80. Our all poles are as per IS: 2713. Currently, our capacity of production is 1,50,000 poles per year. We are exporting in the various countries in the world for distribution & transmission of electricity. Our Poles can also be used for Solar Panels. As a first, we have the facility in Eastern India with it's own Galvanized Tank of 12.5 meters.

Steel Pipes are manufactured at the company’s sophisticated ERW plants, the first facility in Eastern India with ISI Certification. Swaging Poles are manufactured under the high-end IS:2713. We produce quality poles with the State-of-the-art technology driven machineries integrated with Quality Assurance systems.

We provide Swaged type steel tubular poles up to 16m height, design as per IS-2713 which is available both Foundation Type & Grouting Type and both in Galvanized condition & Painted condition.

Our brand of poles therefore enjoy a leadership position in the market place, and are trusted widely for product quality, infrastructural capability, technology process agility and resourcefulness.

A swaged pole shall consist of three-tube sections with diminishing diameters from the bottom to top, the bottom section being the biggest in size. All the pipes are manufactured at the company’s sophisticated ERW pipe manufacturing plants even from High Tensile Steel ST-52. Realizing the importance of the quality of the raw material, we do source all high tensile hot rolled steel coils from the reliable sources like SAIL, TATA etc.

We do use our state-of-art and heavy duty machineries to cut, swage and weld the poles. Our incoming,in-process and final inspection in line with ISO 9001:2008 system ensure qualities and workmanship throughout the process. Our production capacity of swaged pole manufacturing is 1,50,000 pcs per annum.

We have two galvanizing plants with zinc bath of maximum length 12.25m long. Our production and quality personnel take care of all the parameters of pre-treatment, molten zinc and post treatment chemicals stressing hot alkali, acid and hot flux which gives better surface ready for zinc dipping.
