The orders placed by the clients assure completed within limited times for which the company is highly appreciated. Manufacturing Process

Receipts of material : Raw material are received in store. These materials are inspected by supplierâ��s work & after approval allowed to be utilized in production.
Core Assembly : with the help of ISO limitation, the materials are manufactured as per design given and formed into core. After assembling overall cores are checked and confirmed.
Winding : The poles are made using Erw black pipe. Windings are made exact as per the design data and inspected before use. The poles are straitening arms mounding before use.
Insulating Materials : poles articles are purchased as per our drawings. Items to be used are prepared at out works as per design.
Swaged : The Erw black pipe processes are made by firstly cutting, swaging, joining & connecting by arms mounding, after poles fitting & welding of M.S., plate.
Painting : After following that process, the pipes are painted by different colors as per customer requirements.
Testing : All routine tests are carried out as per IS- 2713.
