Our standard swimming pool maintenance consists of :

• Clean tiles - (Daily)
• Vacuum suction of pool - (M, W, F) – three days in a weak
• Cleaning water (Net) - (Daily)
• Dosing necessary chemicals - (Daily)
• Checking of filtration - (Daily)
• Checking of motor - (Daily)
• Brushing of pool - (T, TH, S) – three days in a weak
• Backwash filter - (M, W, F) – three days in a weak
• Rinse filter - (M, W, F) – three days in a weak
• Dose chlorine and necessary chemicals - (Daily)
• Cleaning of Filter room - Ones in a weak
• Our visit - Ones in a weak
• Cleaning of SS steps - (Daily)
• Removing water from filter room - Ones in a weak
• Testing of water PH level - Ones in a weak
• Testing of water chlorine level - Ones in a weak

Swimming maintenance staff (1 Staff):
Experienced staff, day to day swimming pool cleanliness, checks chlorine percentage in water, checking water levels and maintenance quality and hygiene of swimming pool.

Duration of contract :-

Our contract will be the period of one year, which can be further extended for any period with mutual consent. However, the contract can be terminated on a two months’ notice or payments of two months.

The cost inclusive of salary, administrative charges, swimming pool chemicals, granule, alum, hypo chloride, acid, etc.

Terms and condition:

• Maintenance staff will be coming in regular basis (once in a day for complete cleaning of swimming pool.)
• Any damages / breakdown of the equipments, filter plant will be reported to the concern authority action should be taken at the earliest to avoid the inconvenience and accident.
• In case of any damages, loss or theft in the premises of swimming pool TTRS POOLS will not be responsible for the same.
• On National holidays (26th Jan, 1st May, 15th Aug, & 2nd Oct.) maintenance staff will not be available in swimming pool.
• Maintenance staff weekly off will be decided with common concern.
• We need a notice period of 10days to commence the contract once it is finalized.
• Our bill will be submitted on the first day of the month for the previous month and payment should be released within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of our bill.
• In due course if any requirement arrives for the new facility, should be intimated well in time in writing to the company to avoid unnecessary delay.
• 15% increment after one year.
• 50% advance with Purchase order 50% after completion.
• GST@18% Applicable.
• This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
