Synthetic mica is also called fluorophlogopite, it is produced by high temperature fusion and cooling, devitrification of chemical material, its molecular formula is kmg3(alsi3o10)f2. Synthetic mica belongs to monoclinic system, it is typical stratiform silicate. Most of its properties are superior to natural mica, such as its heat resistance can get to 1200°c, in the condition of high temperature, volume resistivity of synthetic mica is 1000 times higher than natural mica.
