Double Drums Automatically Boiler Description
SZL type boiler is a kind of double-drum longitudinal chain grate stoker steam boiler, it has high thermal efficiency of heating change convection layout, water cycle system is reasonable, water capacity and steam space is large, and has high steam quality. The operating efficiency of the boiler is stable and has overload operating ability. Light chain belt type assembly grate is matched with stepless speed device, that makes the adjustment method of the best combustion mode to be more complete, the burning light chain grate realizes feed coal by machinery, and it can be equipped with drum and induced draft fan to realize mechanical ventilation. Fuel fall into furnace grate from coal scuttle, is feed in furnace tank along with furnace grate, after the flue gas passing through the behind arch upper chamber, up along the combustion chamber to pass through the smoke chamber and enter into the first tube bundle, then reach the font smoke box, introduced by the induced draft fan to enter into the flue, de-dusting apparatus and chimney, then the smoke is discharged to atmosphere. The boiler automation level is high, the boiler water supply can be adjusted automatically, high and low level alarm, is equipped with low water level and blowers interlocking protection.
