TABLET DE DUSTER

DEDUSTING AND DEBURRING  :

It is used to collect the dust and foeign particles which come out of the compression    machine. Normally it is mounted directly at the output of the compression machine.

• ELEVATING DE-DUSTER :

  The machine works on the vibatory principle. It is used to remove fine surface dust and edges from the tablet in two stages. In the first stage, the tablets collected from the tablet press into the bottom screen vibrate around the perforated plate while ascending upwards by approximately 3 meters. In the 2nd stage the tablet is turned over and it ascends against perforated plate by approximately 3 meters. This Results in the effective removal of dust and burrs present on the tablet.
