The Visitab 2C is a fully-automatic tablet inspection machine capable of high volume inspection of various visual defects. Fast and accurate checking is made possible for visual defects including shape, thickness, spots, stains, chippings, coating, peeling, shade variation, print & engraving. Through turnkey vision systems which constitute six high speed line-scan cameras and a patented tablet handling system, complete 360-degree inspection of tablets is done. Easy set-up & operation of batches and quick product changeover without any specific tooling are basis of Visitab 2C’s unique design that enables fast & easy cleaning and strict compliance to pharmaceutical regulations.
