ingredients: carrier +tackifier (60±2%)
feature: good lap adhesive and peel adhesion ,product quality stable ,comply with rohs standards ,with favorable results when using. Low applied amount ,low cost, convenient for continuous production, good film winding ,ends neat, high viscosity, uniform sticky layer, can enhance the film strength and transparency. Clean and tidy . Can be used for food packaging.
Application: mainly used for the production of pe, lldpe and ldpe or other types of polyolefins stretch and winding film such as self-adhesive films, example of which are industrial stretch film, forage stretch film, sticky film, protective film, plastic wrap. Tackifier added are simply mixed with lldpe resin, especially suitable for industrial production of pipeline transportation of raw materials and for individual machines continuous production.
recommended dosage: 2%~4% (special process should be tested first)
instruction: in order to obtain good adhesion, in use, the resin must not contain any slip agent or opening agents, to ensure that tackifier comes up properly. Adjust applied amount according to film type and thickness. To achieve good adhesion, you need 24-72 hour for the tackifier to come up .added when mixing.
