The aluminium foil seals are produced on fully automatic presses and has no human contact except at the packing stage. The production unit is installed in an air-conditioned room. Printing upto 6 colours is available on state of the art printing and prepress systems with water base printing Ink.

Why Water Inks?
The Clean Air Acts have identified solvents typically used as vehicles in flexographic inks as precursors of ground level ozone, a major cause of health problems for people with respiratory ailments. Hazardous waste regulations (RCRA) restrict disposal options for all wastes mixed with solvents from these inks that are easily ignited. Some of these inks are classified as “listed” wastes if specific solvents are part of the composition.
A typical flexographic ink for film substrates, as applied in the ink fountain, has approximately 60%-80% of its weight in solvent such as Ethanol, N-propyl Alcohol, Isopropanol, Heptane and N-Propyl Acetate. These are all VOCs and flammable. Some inks and diluent solvents include , Methyl Iso Butyl Ketone, Toluene, Ethyl Acetate, etc., all of which are listed as (F) wastes.
Water based inks provide an alternative to these solvents and a means of eliminating both pollution and many of the regulatory constraints on the printer.

The Water Based Printing Inks are high quality, clear and fine printing. Colour consistence, high gloss, water and scratch resistance and environment friendly.

We offer suitable lacquers or poly lamination for sealing different container materials (PS/PP/PVC/HDPE/PET, etc.) Different lacquers are also available for acidic/aggressive products like juices, creams with fragrance, hot filled products, products with aroma etc. customized to your desired peelability for aseptic, retort or hot fill process etc.
Embossed and Pre-cut to size (Lidding): 95.5 MM, 80.5 MM, 75.5 MM, 70 MM or any customise size.
