Talcum Powder Bottles

Powder Dozing Machine is basically an Augur filler for accurate filling of non-free flowing powders and granules in containers, bottles, pouches etc, with an accuracy upto ± 1% for fill quantities over 50 gms or ± 2% for fill quantities upto 50 gms. Filling capacity ranges from 5 gms to 1 kg. Output upto 1000 fillshr. The machine has an electronic counter for accurate fill and easy adjustment of quantity. Special stirring system ensures good de-aeration. The machine is most suitable for filling tooth powder, talcum powder, baby powder, dry syrups, coffee powder and food, pharmaceutical, chemicals or cosmetic products in powder form. Special model with servo motors instead of clutch brake unit available for better output & accuracy.
