Our “Made in the USA” Class 2B & 3B Taperlock thread plug gages are manufactured to an “X” tolerance. Made of machine tool steel and traceable to NIST.

UNF – Unified National Fine
UNEF – Unified National Extra Fine
UNS – Unified National Special
UNJ – for added tensile strength
We certify our gages to meet or exceed all published specifications and are traceable to the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology), and in compliance with (ISO) 10012-1 and ANSINCSL Z540-1. Uncertainties have been estimated at a 95% confidence level (K=2). Environmental controls are monitored to maintain 68 degree F and 50% maximum humidity. When necessary we offer ISO 17025, A2LA Calibrations through our 3rd party laboratories.
