Ameera Exports manufacture Valve Tappet/Lifters from Chilled Casting and Forgings of SAE 8620 Material as the requirement be.
Tappets are manufactured on Special Purpose Machines Imported from Schufflers GMBH (GERMANY) which gives us the best result in terms of reliability and Dimensional Tolerance. We are giving the crowning on the wear face of the Tappet for 10 microns which is just a dream for our competitors who follow the crowning of 50 microns.
All of our Tappets are MIRROR CNC GRINDED on the wear face which gives the better edge to the Lobes of the Cam Shaft.

Ameera Exports proudly sells tappets to the MOST FAMOUS RACING TEAMS OF THE WORLD. We provide 100% accuracy for the Racing Tappet and we are giving the Hardness of 65 HRC on the wear face of the Lifters to give extra durability.

Material and Hardness

Tappets are made from Precision Investment Wax Casting, Chilled Casting, Forging of En-9 and SAE 8620 material. The hardness given to all the tappets are above 58-60 so as to prevent the wear face wear out.

Crowning

we are giving the crowning on the wear face of the Tappet for 10 microns which is just a dream for our competitors who follow the crowning of 50 microns.
