TAPRENE Rubber Powder are SBR (styrene – butadiene) Rubber Powder. TAPRENE combines the advantages of easy processing and compounding with good physical properties. Taprene eliminates the need for willing, cutting or grinding equipment. The powdered particles retain the porous nature of the coagulated rubber and can be dissolved in a solvent faster than milled or pelletized bales rubber. TAPRENE elastomers also has specialty grade grafted with acrylates making it more compatible to phenolic and other metals.
