TC Series Mechanical Tensioners

Tensioners are one of the vital parts in the coil winding process. They are used to ensure wire tension consistency during winding processes. By using a tensioner, the wire tension can be adjusted to the required value accordingly, so as to achieve appropriate winding conditions and ensure conformity of each coil’s technical parameters.
The trophy mechanical tensioner tc series operates by using the principle of mechanical friction to generate tension on the tension pulley. This main pulley is integrated with a braking system & the “back tension” mechanism, to create a stable and consistent tension.
Tc tensioners come with wire breakage detection switch.
