Telescopic Belt Conveyors

Our telescopic belt conveyors are suitable for all requirements of easy and efficient loading and unloading of goods. All kinds of unit loads such as cartons, packages, bags, crates and like can be easily conveyed in or out of trucks, trailers, vans, containers, wagons and even aeroplanes. Our loading and unloading conveyors find extensive use in warehouse/distribution centres, manufacturing and logistics companies.

Telescopic belt conveyors are used for bridging variable distances from the loading/unloading point to the storage area. The process starts as soon as the truck is docked, the conveyor is extended inside the truck and the operators transfer boxes from the truck to the storage area, or vice versa, using the conveyor. As the truck starts filling/emptying the reach of the conveyor can be extended/retracted using very simple controls.

Automation systems such as - bar code reader, RFID readers, package counters, etc can be incorporated into the systems to keep track of the packages being loaded or unloaded.
