Indications :

Dosage :

• Adults : 150 to 200mg/m² once daily for 5 consecutive days per 28 day treatment cycle.
• Children : 200mg/m² once daily for 5 days per 28 days cycle.

Dosage Adjustment :

• Renal Impairment : Administer with caution in severe renal impairment.
• Hepatic Impairment : Administer with caution.
