DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SYSTEMS AUTOMATION : -
The QA Plans are always decided before executing every job to set standards for Manufacture and workmanship and fall under two categories i.e. Quality checks For bought out components and Quality checks for goods manufactured at our Works.
Quality checks for Bought-out Components: - The bought-out components are usually electric motors, gearboxes, castings, Forging, etc.
For electric motors, type test and are taken and necessary test certificates Collected for the relevant electric motors.
For gear boxes, usually visual and dimensional inspection and no-load running Trials are witnesses by our Inspector and test certificates for materials used For various components are submitted by the gear box manufacturers.
In case of castings, the test for the composition of the materials as well as The physical properties are taken from Government approved Testing Laboratories
To ensure proper quality of the casting and also the visual and dimensional Check up of the same after the casting is made and after completion of Machining.
Electrical Components are tested for their rated capacity and voltage.
Quality checks for Goods manufactured by us : -
For items manufactured by us at our factory, the quality assurance plan starts From identification of raw materials to the final inspection and dispatch of the Equipment. The raw materials are bought with test certificates, in the absence of which, chemical analysis and physical property check of the same are taken to ensure that proper materials are used in manufacture. During manufacture, the sub-assemblies are subjected to visual and dimensional check-up and also various fit-ups during manufacture and assembly are checked and recorded. After the final assembly of the equipment, dimensional check and visual inspection are done and no-load running trial of the equipment taken, if it is called for. In-house inspection is being done at every stage of fabrication and daily/ weekly reports are prepared for each and every item/ stage.
TESTING…. SAKAV Assurance of Quality Performance
The testing of a SAKAV oven or furnace is done with the same care and attention to detail as the design and manufacturing stages. Without exhaustive testing, we would, in effect, be asking our customers to do the testing for us. That’s not the way we do things at Sakav. No SAKAV product gets its nameplate until it passes our rigorous test procedure.
Our family name is on the door…anything less than the best won’t do.
Engineering & Manufacturing... Where Sakav Quality begins
Sakav quality begins with the engineers very first layout. The highly sophisticated CAD equipment shown here translates thoughts into form, form into function. From this stage, its on to manufacturing where Sakav Quality continue to take a shape... The Sakav Engineering Dept. utilizes the latest CAD/CAM equipment for designing the industry's best Ovens and Furnaces.
The Computer Aided Drafting terminal allows Sakav Engineers to visualize an oven or furnace design & make any adjustment or modifications before prints are drawn. Sakav Quality doesn't ride on the performance of outside suppliers. We fabricate and assemble every major oven and furnace component right here in our Vasai plant. The oven body is structurally reinforce and integrally welded during this important initial stage. Standard batch used as a custom heat tunnel are fabricated with the same care and attention to detail.
Special Ovens and Furnaces...Every day events at Sakav
Perhaps you have a specific heat processing problem that just can't be solved by one of our "off the shelf" design. No problem, Sakav offers complete custom design and manufacturing services. We will take everything into account. We have the experience necessary to meet your particular requirements. In fact we have probably already designed and built a similar Unit. You see at Sakav, we're more than manufactures...we're problem solving professionals who take the time to understand your needs.
